Indore: Two Australian women cricketers visiting India for the ICC Women’s World Cup were allegedly harassed on Thursday morning in the Khajrana Road area while walking from their hotel to a cafe. They sent an SOS alert immediately, and security staff rushed to help. Danny Simmons, the team’s security manager, filed a complaint at the MIG police station that evening. Following the complaint, the police registered a case and arrested the accused, Aqeel Khan, who was on a motorcycle at the time. The players were staying at the Radisson Blu Hotel with the rest of their team.
